“This hotel must have changed ownership since I booked it there was no games room no bar no restaurant bed linen wasn't ironed no tea or coffee in room only kettle with no cups no breakfast and seeing some if the guests it's for homeless people it was clean one of the beds base was just sheets of wood if any one had laid in it it would have broken also said it was on seafront it was 15 minute walk also some residents kicking doors at 2 in the morning shouting till 4.40”

“Absolutely beautiful stay , we stayed at the sister hotel , beautiful out door area , little kitchen for all our needs , nothing was too much trouble , 10 /10 all in , everything you needed for a little get away with family , only issue was getting the TV to work if you could leave a notice near where the TV is with instructions on how to connect 😀 Nothing major nor did it effect our time there, but just for future reference for people staying longer than our night away. Over all……

“Please avoid at all costs, hotel was definitely not as described, had ratings of 9 and exalent that's why we booked to be honest I think genuine ratings was maybe 2-3 and very disappointing, staff were quite rude mattersess was stained with urine /blood ect, someone had been sick in one of the rooms on the carpet witch had just been left to dry, when we asked to please change rooms wee were told we should be happy with room as they are a very bugit B&B. Was really dirty in corridors and……

“Victoria and Expedia.co.uk are the worst company to deal with I never lodged, I got to the hotel 21:53 which check in time was till 10pm I booked the hotel past 9pm I want my refund You lot take money off people that work hard for their money, These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had I want my money back and compensation for the stress I went through😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 ”
