Small, renovated cottage in a quiet location, 150 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 3 km from the Gâvre Forest, 30 km from Redon and 40 km from Nantes, adjoining the owners' house (bed and breakfast on site, one room above the cottage). Completely independent entrance.

Enclosed garden of 145 m² with trees and flowers and a southwest-facing terrace. Two adult bicycles are available (on request as they are shared with the bed and breakfast).

Single level: living/dining room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) and open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed 140x190 cm) and shower room/WC.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player and freezer compartment, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Included: bed linen and towels. Not included: electric heating, electricity, optional washing machine or dryer service (€6), end-of-stay cleaning (€50), and tourist tax (€0.88/day/person).

Only one pet is allowed (supplement of €7/night - deposit €100).
