“We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfectly tucked away and waterfront while not too far of a drive to just about anything you would need. Very clean which is huge! Beds were super comfortable but the master is broken down on some of the edges. We did have close neighbors but rarely seen anyone until our last night. I would only have 2 suggestions. #1 and no fault to the owner but I didn’t notice in the listing there is no dishwasher. That is usually a given and no one wants to do dishes……

I especially appreciated when we asked about a crockpot they brought one over same day. The second kitchen was great for cooking for the large group. “This was a great house to stay in. It was very clean. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. It is in a great area and easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and driving through the Smoky Mountains. It was very nice having a pool and clubhouse to use. “Loved that Forrest had so many wonderful amenities that typically are not included in most VRBO‘s including breakfast snacks, eggs, tons of videos & games .
