「My friends and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this retreat in the woods. Everything was clean, organized, and as advertised. The whole experience was easy and relaxing. We had a chance to use the kayaks which were easily accessible and lightweight. I loved watching the deer each morning from the covered part of the deck」

「As a person who travels alot for work and normally stays in a chain hotel room, I was extremely impressed with this property - it is clean, well appointed, quite comfortable and in a convenient location. I highly recommend this property!!」

「We went to the area to visit a life long friend and family. We had such a wonderful time. The home is cozy and the area is so quiet. We spent evenings by the fire pit. We had a very nice stay and hope to make it back and stay again. 」

The hot tub is a nice touch especially during the winter and the snacks and kuerig came in handy. For us, the location was great, just a few minute drive from Danville. 「The stay was great ! When we arrived it was right after the heavy rains that had some flooding that affected the dock access, but receded within a day. The home was is great order. We were informed of everything before arrival and chose to stay anyway ! The place is very nice and cozy, caretakers were very nice and accommodating with all that was happening at the time of our visit. Beautiful sunsets off the dock every evening. We will be back very soon !!」
