“staff was great. the place is under renovation but construction is everywhere in the building. hot water in the shower is almost luke warm. and even after staff cleaned the room ants continued to be a problem.”

The lack of a front desk person and the inability to use the elevator (though I did not try since prior reviews said it had to be operated by one of them) dinged this hotel. I had no trouble parking, but I arrived late and left early.”

“It was an accessible hotel that a short distance from King’s Island. I got the studio on the first floor with a kitchen. If you are staying with your family, it had a kitchen and a refrigerator to be able to cook and store food if you didn’t want to go out to eat. They had a breakfast buffet and eggs and sausage were prepared. But, I have never been a fan of cook it yourself food, in this case pancakes and waffles. “Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me.”
