孟菲斯布蘭頓酒店住宿推介

「Tabitha and Tammy at the front desk are wonderful! The breakfast was great! We always stay here on our trips to the Gulf Coast!」

「Check-in was friendly and helpful. WiFi was very slow. The room’s carpet looked dirty, but we were tired and didn’t feel like asking for a different room, so I just kept my socks on instead of going barefoot. In the morning, I saw some lint on the bath mat, so I shook it out over the tub and a bug came out and went down the drain. Yuck! The blow dryer only blew cold air. The breakfast was a good spread, but it ran out of some items before the end of the breakfast time and they weren’t replaced....

「did not get top floor as requested. was next to one room that sounded like they were bowling most of the night. walking conferences from the elevator past my room. another room apparently had a big dog barking. room above mine apparently had a marching band practice again」

「Room was clean and updated, staff was great 5 stars all around.」

「I have pictures! Filthy carpet, mold on bathroom tiles, hole in wall in bathroom stuffed with toilet pater. Showed water leak from room above in bathroom. Everything shockingly bad. Power went out at 11:30 pm. Asked for refund, said I must contact Expedia. Bought insurance, will be claiming to get $ back. Can’t believe it was a Wyndham!!!!!!!」

「Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh breakfast kept stocked which was nice. Clean room and facilities. Totally worth the stay」

「Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. There are lots of humming noises from the HVAC which may affect sensitive sleepers, but I got used to it pretty quick. Breakfast was solid and the parking was easy. Conveniently located to get to just about anywhere we needed in Memphis and was even within walking distance of Beale St. I'd stay here again.」
