位置很好
臨湖第一排風景絕佳，不過高樓層才不會被樹擋到部分風景，飯店設備不是煥然一新，有些走廊尚在修復中，早餐雖不是很精緻但種類份量都很充足，布立德湖的美景是最大的賣點。

Good location, nice view, resort with heart
We booked a double room with lake view, and we got free upgraded to a suite. The hotel is conveniently located next to the lake, with restaurants, shops and casino nearby and the castle is within 10-minute walking distance along with lake. The room is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned 1980s' style room. There are plenty of activities and tours organised by the hotel from June to September - cooking class, nearby tour, guided walks and biking trips... so it is nice to ask the resort and plan in advance.

景觀真的是無敵,整個湖景可以從房間一覽無遺,太漂亮了 但是房間真的設施有點舊了,床都軟了,睡起來有點不舒服 房間的無線網路也不穩,要靠近門口才有收訊 地理位置很好,飯店對面就是有名的蛋糕店,旁邊還有歐舒丹可以逛

服務有問題, 寫錯房間號碼給顧客, 是前所未見, 去交換也只說寫錯了, 好像不當一回事, 可見櫃台服務經常出錯! 早餐不錯, 但沒有生菜沙拉, 是美中不足的!飯店就在湖邊地理位置好, 飯店設備老舊, 尤其電梯, 還會失靈抖動! 停車場大, 停車方便!

What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. A lovely modern hotel in a great location, what’s not to love. Bled is absolutely stunning and the hikes to some of the viewpoints give breathtaking views. If you’re brave enough do the Sava Dolinka zip wire, it will give you views and memories to last a lifetime.

Delusione e pessimo customer service
Purtroppo il ns fine settimana e' stato rovinato dalla pessima organizzazione e del servizio clienti per la risoluzione del danno che abbiamo trovato il giorno della ns partenza sulla auto parcheggiata nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel (a pagamento). Lo staff e i manager ci hanno fatto perdere tempo, ci hanno preso in giro promettendo di risolvere il problema e dopo ben 3 mesi e innumerevoli contatti telefonici e via mail, nulla, nemmeno una dimostrazione di compensazione del danno in altri termini come un buono per un futuro soggiorno, che non risolve il danno alla macchina ma almeno dimostra l'interesse a trovare una soluzione in questa brutta situazione. Pessimi e basta, non ci torneremo più. Grazie per averci rovinato un bel fine settimana romantico.

The hotel is wonderfully located, VERY comfortable mattresses, amazing breakfast, nice staff. The parking fee i do not understand why it is not included in the rate and also for this price it would be nice to have lotion and conditioner in the bathrooms. But still, fantastic place.

Lovely room with balcony and view of Lake Bled
Hotel is right beside the lake. I’d a lovely room with a decent sized balcony and an excellent view across Lake Bled. Good soundproofing considering bars and restaurants beside hotel. Very comfortable bed and walk in shower. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from. Only negative was when I was waiting in the queue at the reception desk and the male receptionist skipped me to deal with another guest. A different guest pointed it out but he didn’t even apologise. It was very hurtful and after paying the hotel a lot of money, I’d expect better.

Good hotel in lake bled
Great location. Very nice pool. Parking is extra $10 . Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff very efficient and helpful- I was able to book rafting trip at last minute at front desk.

This hotel is in a good location close to the lake… We had a room looking over the lake. Hotel was big, room was lovely and comfortable, breakfast was good, seemed to be limited spaces in parking outside hotel but We always found somewhere.

Tolle Lage - der Blick vom DZ mit Seeblick ist traumhaft. Frühstücksbüfett ist zwar vielfältig, aber qualitativ ist noch Luft nach oben… Das Personal wirkt nicht besonders motiviert bzw. freundlich…herauszuheben ist jedoch der nette Herr, der die Spiegeleier am Morgen bereitet - er hatte immer ein „Guten Morgen“ auf den Lippen gepaart mit einen Lächeln…so beginnt der Tag gut! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und mit ansprechendem Ambiente.

We stayed in a first floor lake side suite which was wonderful. Hotel has good facilities a free pool and sauna suite (for which there is a €10 charge). Huge selection at breakfast and lovely staff. Would recommend.

Large hotel
A very big hotel with all services and comfort needed. Everyone was very helpful. Sufficient parking offered. Spacious room with a balcony. Breakfast was plenty, though the breakfast area is very big and not so warm/welcoming. Feels to be created for large groups. We also found some time to enjoy the swimming pool. Shops, restaurants and sightseeing within easy reach.
