「Very clean and well remodeled. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were spacious. Property has good access to major roads, but is in a quiet neighborhood. I really liked the converted pantry...converted to an office. It allowed me to do some quiet work. Internet access works well. Would highly recommend.」

「We had a terrific stay and truly appreciated the home and all of the amenities provided. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the extra towels were a thoughtful touch. It rained pretty heavily during our visit, and we did notice some water pooling in the backyard, which may be helpful to keep an eye on.Overall, everything was in great order and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.」

「Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property is no more than 12 minutes from anywhere we needed to be in Tallahassee and tucked just enough out of the way to make driving to and fro a breeze; right off of I-10 with lots of shopping and dining. Allison is a wonderful host and her attention to all of the details really made us feel at home (travel weary as we were…) and there was even a well tuned piano for our little musician to play! Wonderful enclosed, private yard for our dog and even food...

「I have been to several rental properties and you can tell when the owners do just above what’s minimally expected to maintain the property. Well that is NOT the case here… this property was EXCELLENT. This home is so incredibly maintained that my husband only wants to return to this specific property or another from this particular owner. Everything was in working order and everything was labeled from light switches to remotes! Timely instructions were sent for an effortless check-in as well as...
