「I only rated the staff and service low (it is not directly the ONE woman or her service) However, they have check in from 3pm to 2am which is nice but there is only one staff person working from Friday to Sunday. Now that ONE person has to (try) and stay awake til 2am every day AND clean rooms and put breakfast out. They absolutely need more help as one person is NOT enough. 「Day time manager was super nice and helpful. Nighttime manager was helpful but lacked personality and acted almost a little annoyed with everyone. Cleaners did an amazing job. We really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated that they allowed us to leave a day early to get in front of a snow storm to keep our family safe. Overall stay was excellent. The view was beautiful too!」
