「Good」

「Our room was spacious and clean. We like the Dove products that are provided. The pool is small but delightfully relaxing. The staff was very nice as well. We will stay here again!」

「Clean room and a wonderful customer service」

「It's not maintened very well, lots of potato chips in the AC, not cleaned. Refused to do house keeping daily. The worst part is it's always damp.」

「Very good」

「Generally is very good and I would definitely choose to stay here in future. Nonetheless I'd like to bring up two things: 1. No safe in the room. It'd be great if safe is available. 2. On Jun 5 morning, the breakfast was short of meat, omelettes, and yogurt. The juice seemed to be out of order as only water came out of it. If there is a shortage of food or dysfunction of equipment, I suggest that they put a notice so we knew what was going on.」

「24 hour coffee right off the elevator in the lobby. Nice!!!」

「Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about...
