「Overall a very poor experience. This was a VBRO rental through Travelocity. We got not check in instructions and had to make several phone calls to get assistance for check in. Overall almost 2 hours after a day of travel to get into the unit. The unit is very sparsely furnished and has only a double bed and couch. The place was not very clean either. 「This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed.
