Escape to Appalachian Cottage, a stylish new-construction mountain retreat just steps from the action at Appalachian Ski Mountain! With a sleek mountain-modern design, cozy fireplace, and abundant natural light, this clean and comfortable home is the perfect basecamp for your High Country adventures.

Inside, you'll find a bright open-concept living area featuring soaring ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and plush seating arranged to enjoy both the fire and forest views. A spiral staircase leads to a private loft suite featuring a King bed with a Twin XL trundle, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath. The main level includes a second King bedroom with its own TV and a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Step outside to your spacious deck and immerse yourself in the peaceful wooded setting — ideal for morning coffee or après-ski drinks.
