"Great Hotel for Families! This is an older hotel but they keep it up very well and it is very clean. Staff is accommodating but you won't get super bubbly customer service, which is fine, this did not affect me at all, but some people expect staff to be super friendly and chipper, just an FYI. The rooms were average (older decor), but spacious enough for a 4 person family, bathroom was very large which is a big plus. The outdoor pool/slide and lazy river were great, our kids had a blast. Indoor pool is a great option to have but we did not use it much. Location is great. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a fantastic vacation here! I loved the craftsman theme of the hotel, the kids loved the pool and the waterslide. The free shuttle around town picks you up right outside the hotel. it was great!"

"It was a little outdated. But it was still a great place. Lots of amenities. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is that there is only one microwave and it’s in the lobby. The rooms didn’t have a microwave. And the hotel had an odd smell. But everything else was perfect "

"Very nice hotel for the price! We would stay again. The only thing I was unpleasantly surprised about--no fan in the bathroom. But we were comfortable in the room and we took advantage of the pools."

"Just an FYI- the indoor water slides don’t open until 2pm. The outdoor until 10am. We were a little shocked by that when it is a waterpark resort. I definitely wouldn’t stay here in the winter if that was the case. The activities were great, especially the pool party and the dance party. "
