“Very clean. The unit had everything we needed for ADA guests. It was comfortable. We had two units that were connected. The one with the king-size bed and balcony was perfect, but the one with the queen bed was very dark and felt more cramped. We enjoyed our stay but it was very busy especially around the oil and lobby. ”

“The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this……

“This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could.
