“Cozy home, stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do in Ashville. Home was stocked with coffee and tea which was really appreciated. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck. ”

“1st of all the view was definitely worth it. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings, having a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. Overall the cabin was very nice. We had a few items that needed addressed, but we addressed them with the owner. Beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids (pool table, video arcade unit, hot tub). A lot of reviews mention the driveway. Yes the driveway is steep, but we backed down everyday (mostly with wet pavement) and never……

“This is the nicest place - beyond clean, very beautiful, in a great location, so comfortable. We never want to leave. It has a fenced in area for pets that is incredibly convenient. ”

“Rosebay Cottage was a very serene, clean, and beautiful place to stay! Tucked into the woods with a nice mountain view. Well appointed with everything you’d need. The back porch was our favorite place to gather and enjoy the fireplace! We hope to return sometime soon. ”

“My friends and I stayed here for a mid-week Asheville explore and it was great. The location was walkable to the River Arts District and several west Asheville coffee and food spots. The hot tub was spotless and a nice treat at night. We didn't have our pups with us, but it's clearly a very dog-friendly property. ”

“The unit is lovely! The mattresses on both beds were fantastic and we slept like babies. On our last full day, our car broke down. Lacey was wonderful in letting me have a late checkout till the taxi could get us to Kodak, to pick up my repaired car. I can't tell you how this eased my anxiety so I could be brave for my grandsons. Lacey was checking in to see if we needed anything and this was great too! Communication was excellent along with this beautifully decorated condo! We would definitely……

“Great property, clean and nice. Had no idea it was next to a main road. ”

“Our overall experience with fantastic. It is close enough you can walk to the strip. The home is clean. The only down part was the HDMI’s were on the very back of the tv’s so it was hard to plug fire sticks or our Xbox. One of our chairs outside and a crack broke when I sat in it due to them being plastic. We will definitely be renting again in our future visits”
