Beautiful secluded cabin located near Blue Rock State Forest and Jesse Owens State Park. On site activities include fishing, swimming, canoeing, campfires and relaxing in the peaceful hammock and hot tub.

Local area attractions include visiting The Wilds Nature Preserve, Longaberger Basket Company, Blue Rock State Park and Blue Rock State Forest (4500 acres that are great for hiking/fishing/swimming/hunting), Jesse Owens State Park and Wildlife Area, visit nearby antique and pottery shops in Zanesville or have dinner and ice cream at one of the local favorites. Muskingum River system offers boating, fishing or visiting the locks during the summer months. Cableas retail store is located about 1 1/2 hours away and the heart of Ohio Amish country is a wonderful day trip only 2 hours away.

This was our 2nd time staying at this cabin, and there is sure to be more. We have stayed at many cabin rentals over the years. I would guess well over 35 places this is the only one we have visited twice and we plan on going again. This one is secluded and is a gem. The owners are very nice and accommodating. It it well stocked and very clean.

The property was very lovely and in a secluded spot that was still close to activities. We enjoyed the pond (although no fish were caught!) and overall had a nice relaxing stay.

Great place!
The wife and I had a great time. Everything was fantastic, clean and has everthing you need. Caught and released alot of trout, also caught a 4ft grass carp on corn out of the lake, it was so fun. If you want the opposite of the crazy city life, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you Tim you are a great host..

We wanted a safe place to celebrate the holiday☘️and this place did not disappoint(never has). Weather was perfect for being outside fireside, sitting in the hot tub and celebrating with a few green beverages. Hope to do it again next year!

There was great communication with the hosts Angie and Tim, extremely helpful. Perfectly situated in the hill of Southeastern Ohio. Close to a beautiful town to get any needs. We can't do enough justice for this home w/ words.The peace and tranquility has been unimaginable. Enjoyed the romantic warmth of the wood fireplace. This has been a home away from home. We felt welcome from the time we walked through the door. Cozy and comfortable from the start to the end of our stay. Really can't do this place justice with words, Thanks so much Angie & Tim.
