「The Trapper Shack was perfect! Secluded and absolutely stunning. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed taking the dog for walks. We visited the ponds and then the barn Loved seeing all the animals. Wish I would have remembered to bring treats. The roads were fun in the jeep. It was only 20 minutes to Bristol Raceway. Will definitely stay again.」

「It was as described. Very secluded and a very pretty」

「We stayed here specifically because my son loves fishing. The river was easily accessible and felt very private and peaceful, even though there were others fishing nearby. The cabin was charming and very clean. I absolutely love that the cabin was stocked with condiments and laundry detergent and more than one roll of toilet paper. Usually when we rent with VRBO, we end up spending money on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments for our stay, and we didn’t have to do that this...

「This is our second booking at the Osprey. Never disappoints!! Very clean and well maintained. The views are breathtaking. Highly recommend this cabin or any of the others at Tailwaters Lodge.」

「Awesome location on the South Holston river. Tailwaters lodge is excellent!」

「This was a great place to visit! Very tranquil :) The cabin was clean & comfortable!」

「My adult daughter and I were in the mountains for a family wedding, and loved staying 2 nights at this quiet, country smokehouse-turned-cabin. The living room/art studio has huge windows looking out over a large pond full of water lilies. A peacock and several peahens enjoyed the sunny side porch in the mornings. Another room is full of vintage collectibles and antiques. The bathroom is small and basic, but the kitchenette features a fine Home Comfort oven plus microwave, refrigerator and...

「Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful, cozy, clean cabin! We had a wonderful weekend.」

「This little cabin was the perfect fit for two families who were traveling to participate in the Smokey mountain National Softball Tournament. The beds were very relaxing after a long day on the fields!! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Thanks Juan and Emily for a great little place to lay our heads!」

「Beautiful 1883 cabin - our family enjoyed the view of the mountains and the horses too. Kitchen is well stocked in its tiny shape. Thank you!」

「First off, we have never stayed in a yurt before so have nothing to compare this yurt with. We've had friends to and they have had good things to say. Since this was a last-minute trip and we wanted to be close to the trailhead, we decided to try out this yurt that advertised that it was "7" minutes from the trailhead. and was "luxurious"!!!!! It ended up being 24 minutes. I'm glad I had GPS because the way that the host told us to go, was in the opposite direction and there was NOTHING...

「Read and save messages from host. Minimal instructions/information in property.」

「Perfect little piece of heaven on Watauga Lake. The tiny house was quite frankly perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The view of the lake was great being high on the hill overlooking the lake. Having the option for renting a boat on property bonus!! The owner provided great communication throughout our stay when we had a question. The house was clean, well organized, and well stocked for our stay. Great place to detox from life and enjoy the outdoors. There is a Merchantile...

「We had zero hot water the entire stay. Every guest had to take freezing cold showers. Not only was the water freezing, neither shower drained properly so we had to stand in other people’s shower water.」

「Very cozy and secluded. We enjoyed it.」
