This cozy waterfront unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom provides 3 single beds, ideal for families or small groups. (Our nightly rate includes 2 guests, each additional guest is $40/night additional. (This is a very strict policy.) We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property.

Pets are not allowed in Pad #1, but at Cleo's Place Pad #4 we do allow a pet.
Fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is restricted with no fishing allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between November 1 - February 1. Fishing on other parts of the South Holson River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
