The main floor primary bedroom features a KING bed, a desk should you need a quiet place for remote work, and an attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additionally on the main level you will find a guest room appointed with QUEEN bed and private ensuite bath, plus powder room and laundry room with plenty of storage and a stack Washer/Dryer.
Upstairs you'll find a second floor loft offers the perfect spot for the kids to relax and play games. This level features 3 additional guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a KING size bed, and a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a KING bed, and shares the hall bath, and the third guest bedroom includes built-in TWIN bunk beds that sleep four.
In Moreland, you will find the peace and tranquility of a neighborhood designed to showcase all of the surrounding beauty of the lowcountry. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can climb a treehouse, fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the fire pits. Enjoy marsh views as you relax poolside, and close out your evenings with dinner at Cole's restaurant, and a quick game of bowling before you turn in for the evening.
