The air conditioning and the coffee machine in the room did not work. Called the front desk to report, individual was rude and said someone would be up to fix, no one ever showed. Also, ice machine on most floors was not working.

We had a wonderful stay at the Niman House. The house itself was lovely, very clean, and well appointed. It had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
