Awesome stay for me and my wife. It was really nice and comfortable. A few cosmetic things that were a little off but it wasn’t anything that would make a person not enjoy where they are. Would definitely recommend.

La señorita de recepción (de tez blanca y de lentes) del turno nocturno de ayer martes 7 de Mayo del 2024 aproximadamente a las 9 pm, ante mi reclamo de como no se había hecho un refresh de mi habitación la 335, procedió a decirme que yo no tenia la razón de solicitarlo pese a que mi pedido estaba registrado en la bitácora del hotel ese dia, ante esa situación decidí alejarme de la recepción, no sin antes dejar sentado de palabra mi reclamo, en ese instante la señorita procedió a gritarme desde la recepción y luego corrió hacia el pasillo donde yo estaba caminando hacia el ascensor para dirigirme a mi habitación y me grito que debo LARGARME EN ESE INSTANTE DE SU HOTEL y QUE IBA A LLAMAR A LA POLICÍA PARA QUE ME SAQUEN LA CALLE, como si yo fuera un delincuente, luego de eso ni mi esposa ni yo pudimos dormir ya que no sabíamos en que instante llegaria la policía a sacarnos de nuestra habitación. La verdad es que un momento muy TERRIBLE y por eso no recomiendo se hospeden en este hotel a menos que corrijan esos errores y para eso deberían empezar despidiendo a la recepcionista que me faltó al respeto, me agredió verbalmente y me amenazó. Cabe indicar que soy un socio PLATINUM de EXPEDIA y jamás antes había tenido una experiencia tan FEA.

The location is great in terms of shopping and dining. It's right in the heart of Boca Raton. We're from the area and stayed because of construction in our home. However, it's close to the highway, the train AND the executive airport--so it's NOISY. Be prepared. Unfortunately, the only good thing about this hotel for us was that it's pet friendly. Other than that, it was disappointing. Little or no hot water, tiny fridge, annoying room keys/readers that had to constantly be remade, HARD bed, pool not working--the list goes on. I would not recommend this hotel if you're staying in the BR area.

First day we arrived room was clean. The second and third day room was not cleaned nor was the bed made. There was a problem with the hot water with was brought up to the front desk and they informed us by the end of the day it would be fixed. It wasn't and staff were not worried if you took a warm shower. Im a little disappointed and don't think I could go back.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs as was the deck area. It would have been nice to still have access to the lounge chairs for sun bathing.

This property used to be a courtyard Marriot and I loved it there so I stayed there twice . On both occasions l had problems with the room. This time the toilet overflowed, the refrigerator didn’t work and despite changing it out 3 times it still didn’t work and so all my items had to be thrown out. I was very disappointed with the casual response from the one of the front desk manager Robert . He seemed to have grown fed up with my complaints but they were real issues! The owners should consider upgrading this property . Am still waiting on my final invoice since I check out out on Sunday.

Only one elevator was working. We had to walk with our bags all the way down the first floor corridor to get to the working elevator. Then walk all the way back down the second floor corridor to get to our room. Of course, exercize is good for you, lol.

The property was ok when you shower the water leaks on the ground and the bathroom takes forever to flush down other then that this property is pretty quite and at this time pool and jacuzzi was close I wish it said that on their website before I booked
