"This is a lovely home surrounded by trees. The deck and porch were a favorite spot to unwind after a day of adventure. We found this to be a wonderful basecamp as we explored the area. It's close to the coast, Occidental, and Sanoma/Napa Valley wineries. We skipped a day trip to San Fransico in favor of a day at Armstrong State Park. Highly recommend going to the park early for a restful walk on well-maintained trails. "

"We had some ants in the bathroom (coming thru the shower water drain) but they came, sprayed and cleaned up the area. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was really good. Thank you."

"I appreciated the historic charm of the hotel, so not your typical chain hotel. I had a historic room in the main building, which was nicely decorated with a good bathroom as well. Plenty of space. I don’t know how the Carriage House rooms are but would be curious. We were on the main road side, but it really was pretty quiet nonetheless. Drapes didn't quite close, a clip would have helped keep out the light. I did miss having a fridge, tho there may be one guests can use as there was sort of a breakfast room with coffee, microwave and toaster. Bottled water provided."

"We landed the best room for miles around at the Bodega Bay Inn. The building and the common rooms, kitchen and a room to just hang out or watch TV or read a book, paly a game. All were very clean and so nicely made up for our comfort/convenience. It was cozy and inviting. And, OhYes, the art on the walls was stunning and eclectic. The whole vibe around the Bodega Bay Inn was wonderful. Come and stay awhile!"
