"Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"We visited Pamplona for the San Fermín but the city was crazy and we booked this rather late. The only drawback of this hotel is that it is a bit far from the train station so you should take a taxi or bus, but it’s only a short 10-minute bus to old town and was perfect for allowing us access to the festival without the noise and rowdiness of the city. Plus, the hotel serves wine and tapas in the lobby or in their outdoor seating which is a nice quiet way to unwind after a day of checking out the sights. Hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and, most important, cool."
"Really excellent. This is a dormitory style hotel, but the fixtures and rooms were new and comfy. Great location on the bus line directly into downtown Pamplona"
"The staff was very helpful as we navigated the running of the bulls for the first time. They made it very easy and their suggestions were extremely helpful."
"We loved staying at this hotel! The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was updated. We were especially happy with the water pressure in the shower and that it drained fast. The room has a small mini fridge which was convenient for having a few small grocery items. Check in was smooth, everyone we met at reception was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and private. There is plenty of free street parking right out front. The only hiccup was the entry door. When you arrive at the property there is a gate. It has a knob, which felt loose like it was going to break off. I turned the knob and the door opened. We later learned that the door is magnetized so I’m not sure how it opened when I turned it. After you get your room keycard, the keycard can be inserted at the gate and door will open, to exit the property there’s just a button beside the gate that you push. I think upon arrival you must have to push an intercom or something so someone can buzz you in. We saw another couple arrive while we were waiting for our room to be ready and they were trying to get the door to open by twisting the knob (like we did) but it wasn’t working so they eventually called the property from their phone. Before we got instructions about the door we tried to leave the property to get our bags from the car and we didn’t know there was a button so again we were trying to twist the knob the get out. I think clearer instructions would be helpful."
