Amenities were great, staff were accommodating. The hotel is at the top of a hill so some drivers for tours made you walk to the taxi stand and housekeeping didn’t come for two days even when the sign was placed on the door for cleaning services. The front desk gave us towels and tissue. Breakfast was ok and there is a public beach walking distance from the hotel. Also no elevators if travelling with individuals who have a physical disability. The air conditioning worked very well, overall a good hotel

Gorgeous room, helpful staff and what a view! My balcony had a beautiful seaside view, which was a treat at any time. The pool is exceptional. Staff helped with bags, water, and overall making sure everything was comfortable. Spacious bathroom and room overall. Highly recommend on a trip to Bodrum!

Gece geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen resepsiyondaki arkadaş bizi çok güzel karşıladı. Oda çok temiz ve manzara harika. Yalnızca odamızdaki telefon çalışmıyordu ve tuvalet kâğıdı koyulmamıştı. Oda servisi 7/24 diyor ama belki düşük sezonda geç saatte çalışmıyor olabilir. Gece dışarıdan sipariş verdik fakat gündüz oda servisinden yararlanmak istediğimizde gelen ürünler gayet güzeldi. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse konaklanabilecek bir yer.

When we arrived the receptionist was very nice and helped us with our luggages and guided us to our room I requested a room with two beds but they couldn't afford it because the hotel was full which was ok. We had dinner at the hotel that day it was delicious but it took a long time to arrive so the waiter kept apologizing about that and gave us water and tea as a gesture to apologize. The room was clear and has an amazing view the only problem was the last day because we requested a drop to the airport the new guys at the reception said it was arranged then in the last minute he said it wasn't avant we had to take a normal taxi to the airport but overall we had a nice stay there.

We arrived after midnight because of a plane delay and the staff was waiting for us and made us feel very welcome! Beautiful views, even at night! Room was clean and comfortable the pool is great. So happy we picked this hotel!

チェックインの時wifiのパスワードを教えてもらえなかった。必要があって 後で聞きに行ったら教えてくれたのはいいけど、何度挑戦してもつながらない。フロントで入力してもらってもだめ。今はつながらないけど少し後なら大丈夫だろうみたいなことを、言って帰されたけど、何度やってもダメ。またフロントに行ったら、別の人がいて、代替？のwifiに繋げてくれた。そんなのがあるならさっさとやってくれたらいいのにと思った。貴重な時間を無駄にした。

Beautiful hotel and great view. Nice and spacious room. Wi-Fi very poor reception I ended up using my phone as a hot spot. Breakfast was ok. If we go back to Bodrum definitely will stay there again.

Our staying was wonderful, the staff are so friendly, we cheked in at 4 am, we got the best room. Mohammed was so nice and generous he helped us alot. I saw many ppl in the reviews complaining about the acees to the main road cause the hotel was in a high hill, but thats waht give it the wonderful on the sea side. You really cant feel a sleep in this place, because you cant miss a moment looking to the sea. Thanks Casa Mare hotel

Öncelikle oteldeki en iyi şey havuz ve havuz başı bar ekibi, kendilerine ilgilerinden ötürü teşekkür ediyorum. Resepsiyon açısından erken giriş ve geç çıkışı olanaklar dahilinde sağladıkları için ayrıca teşekür ederim, bizim için çok kolaylaştırıcı oldu. Ancak check-in esnasında karşılama ekibinin daha güler yüzlü ve daha bilgilendirici olması gerekir. Yemek saatleri, wifi şifresi vb. hususlarda bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Kahvaltı iyileştirilmeli (En azından basit bir filtre kahve makinesi/espresso makinesi konulabilir.). Su her gün yenilenmiyor. Temizlik konusunda da hassasiyet arttırılmalı zira odada kırkayak vardı. Duvarlarda öldürülmüş sinekler gördük. Bu otelin deniz erişimi yok. Halk plajına yönlendirildik ancak orada da 5 adet şezlong 3 adet şemsiye dışında hiçbir şey yoktu. Fotoğraflardaki görünüme aldanmamak gerek. Otel bir yokuşun tepesinde taksiler oraya çıkmak istemeyebiliyor. Tekne turu için servis de bu sebeple otele kadar gelmedi. Mecbur yokuş yukarı ana yola yürüdük. Genel olarak iyi niyetli çalışanlar var ancak geliştirilmesi gereken şeyler var. İlk başta belirttiğim şeyler için de tekrar teşekkürler.

The staff were rude and very unwelcoming, the hotel was clearly old and dirty the laundry service was “broken” so the sheets and towels could be be washed or changed for the 4 days we were there. They refused to him or the Expedia gold benefits of wine and room upgrades, and the location was far from the beach and far from city centre. It was an ok budget choice at medium prices. I would recommend Bodrum the beach was nice the marina area was fun lively with great food options but definitely would not recommend the hotel.

A lot of potential, but needs polish.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the pool is nice. I stayed in room 301 and there are a few issues. The balcony had birds there creating a next. Because of there there is bird poop littered across it. Also when I showered for the first time and was going to use a towel, a clump of hair was inside of it (and it was definitely not mine). The room is also about to fall apart. When I closed the door to leave, the door frame fell out. I did not discover this until I tried to open my door to come back and it was stuck under the door. The same can be said for the shower sliding handle. I barely touched it to close my bathroom door and it popped off and rattled on the floor. All of it poorly held together by glumps of caulk. Also, I felt as if the bed could have used another blanket. Perhaps a thicker and bigger one for people who like that. Overall, the place could use a lot of work.

上り坂がきつく、徒歩で行くホテルではありません。車で行ってください。 夜、隣のホテルからの騒音がひどかった（ライブをやっていた様子）のが不満だったと同時に、迷惑を被っているこのホテルが気の毒でした。 ホテルズドットコムのシルバー会員の特典としてワインのプレゼントがある旨を予告されていましたが、その提供はなくがっかりしました。
