Being an Expedia member for almost 20 years now, I don’t know how Expedia is even listing this hotel!
The hotel was below average, the service was really bad, the towels in the rooms were being folded back on the rack without changing them!! I didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel in my room, also the tv channels were not working, they were getting stuck despite the promises that I got from the receptionist that it will be fixed, they have even skipped a day without doing any housekeeping.
But the shocking incident that happened was one day before our checkout date, I went back to the room at around 3:30pm and all both my suitcases were not in the room, I was shocked and when I have contacted the receptionist, she didn’t even understand what I was saying. I had to go all the way up to the reception and met the manager who took me in the storage room where I found my luggage there!! He said sorry very quietly as if he was trying to tell me not to make a scene.
This hotel staff doesn’t even know what they are doing, I bet they have hired people temporarily for the season only.
My recommendation, please don’t fall for the name or the chain, do your research.
