The barrier-free 3-room apartment (67 sqm incl. Terrace) is located on the ground floor of an 8-party complex near the beach (5 minutes walk) and was completed in March 2018.

It offers with 2 bedrooms (children's room with TV and DVD / Blue-ray player) room for four people and is modern with a lot of attention to detail, so that nothing to be desired. The high-quality fitted kitchen has a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, blender and toaster. The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs; a highchair is also available. The cozy living area with large flat screen TV and Bluetooth music system (radio, CD, etc.) invites you to rest. Through the living room you reach the south-west facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and electric grill with adjacent communal garden.

The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Drying rack, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are available in the spacious storage room.

The apartment has underfloor heating and electric shutters. The apartment has a parking space and an outdoor storage room, where bicycles can be safely accommodated.
