Villa Sanddorn WE 01 - 2-room apartment

From the Villa Sanddorn to the beach of Börgerende, you are only a few steps away. This unique location and the outstanding architecture lend Villa Sanddorn a special charm. The individually furnished apartments in the 2013 completed Villa Sanddorn have balcony, terrace or roof terrace, underfloor heating as well as beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. From many apartments you have a view to the sea. The elevator leads from the ground floor to the penthouse apartments. For excursions into the surrounding area and many leisure activities the Villa Sanddorn is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground car park in the neighboring building, a parking space in front of the house or a parking space near the building. The house has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Please note: Building activities in the surrounding area may cause adverse effects.

2-room apartment:
The friendly, bright 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the Villa Sanddorn and is suitable for a maximum of three persons. A small dog can make free holidays.(Once 12,00 € pet cleaning) In the bedroom, furnished with bright, high-quality brand furniture, you have a wide double bed and a spacious, three-door wardrobe. The open kitchen has dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. In the living room is a comfortable, extendable couch for the third person. The equipment in the living room includes a couch table, TV cabinet with TV, DVD player and a small stereo system. A classic wooden dining table with four chairs completes the decor. The modern bathroom has a generous, floor-to-ceiling shower. Above the washing table is a large crystal mirror. On the balcony are a garden table and three chairs. In the storeroom are cleaning utensils and storage space for your suitcases. The apartment has a free parking space.   Bed linen, children's bed and high chair chargeable.   Non smoking. Max. Small dog up to 8 kg (one time 12,00 € pet cleaning) Get the right to one of the coveted beach chairs and book now for special conditions (EUR 7, - per day, EUR 40, - per week).  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
