"Pros- Kids enjoyed the hot tub; the included breakfast exceeded expectations for the whole family and was well attended; front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful; handicap room was spacious; parking lot felt safe and we appreciated not having an additional parking fee Cons- we did not receive cleaning service despite not having a door sign posted; it was unusual but it was ok for the 2-night stay; no signage since it’s just changed ownership which made finding it tricky at night"

"My room was very clean , bed n pillows comfortable, overall the room was very clean. Only one thing I would've liked to see is better lighting in the bathroom mirror, my eyesight needs the extra light to shave . Hotel staff were all great and accommodating, desk personnel were so polite professional. The shuttle driver was great too . I will remember this hotel whenever I stop in San Antonio again . "
