「Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

「It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote」

「We enjoyed our stay at Peach Tree. The room was clean and comfortable, although it could use some updating. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the pool was kept at a perfect temperature. We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but the location was great—close to downtown and easy to get around. The property has a cute setup and a welcoming atmosphere. We’d stay again.」

「I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,...

「It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)」

「The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. 」

「This was our 2nd time staying and it was even better than the last. The room was very clean, nicely updated, and super comfy. The morning coffee was a hit as well. We come to SA often so this is going to be our first choice for stays. We had been on a road trip for 6 days and this was our final stop. Literally the best place we stayed.」

「Power switch and A/C unit had now power. Had to navigate the room with my cell phone flash light. Bathroom had rodents and was not thoroughly cleaned.」
