Great hotel and area surrounding. The twin bed are too small though (single bed size) Breakfast also great! The pool has 2 warm jacuzzi and the kids pool were also warm.

Great resort within earshot of Jakarta

Amazing place - within earshot of Jakarta with clean air and cool temperature. It was a family reunion in a resort - really worth the experience. Must visit place when visiting Puncak.

A recommended hotel to stay near Taman safari

The room service is fantastic. Hotel management have put in effort to do a birthday surprise decoration. Really appreciate and enjoy it very much. Overall the hotel environment is very comfortable and the room hygiene is very good. Enjoy the staycation and will stay again in future.

When I searched for the hotel it showed me that it is a 5 star hotel but it wasn’t, it was a 4 star hotel. It was very noisy in the weekend and that is because the rooms are not sound proof. Food in the restaurants was not that good and I was served a smiley spoiled fish. Also the price was a little expensive for such type of hotel. Frankly speaking will never stay there again.

receptionist cannot differentiate the room

I asked if I can get a room with the bathroom position on the left-hand side, but the receptionist said all the bathrooms are the same. it's an uneducated point of view from somebody who works in hotel industry. It's clearly some hotels rooms have different bathroom position. next time, just listen to your customers, and just give them what they want!

Need upgrade for service and maintenance

WC in damage, no water tank flush. AC disappeared the cool menu (only fan & dry). TV lost channels. Several times calling for Technicians to repair. Exhausted! Last day asking a male receptionist for late checkout, only be allowed 30 minutes for 1 room whereas I booked in total 3 rooms. Although we checked out almost at 1pm due to waiting for porters. Worst part, after going home, the hotel staff called me for payment which they forgot to charge when I checked in untill checked out (I thought it was paid when I made the booking as well the hotel receptionist said it already paid either when I checked in). So I have to pay remotely (giving permission for my credit card being charged) by signing several authorization papers online through email. Really uncomfortable experience. Pools also too crowded, I think it needs to be used by booking in this pandemic time. Hope there's upgrade in service & maintenance in the future. Thank you
