"I was very disappointed with this hotel, as it appears to be misleadingly advertised on both Hotels.com and Expedia. The room was extremely small - so much so that we couldn’t properly open our luggage. The photos are highly inaccurate and give a false impression of the room size.
Breakfast was also a major letdown. The selection was very limited, with almost no Western options. On one occasion, the only “Western” item available was chicken nuggets, which is hardly appropriate for breakfast. The dining area itself is also misrepresented in the photos - it is actually a small room with food laid out along one side, not the spacious setup shown online.
Customer service was poor throughout our stay. Staff often appeared unapproachable and disengaged. We even witnessed guests being ignored when asking for assistance, which reflects a clear lack of basic customer care.
Overall, the hotel does not live up to its advertised 4-star rating - it is much closer to a 3-star standard, as reflected on other platforms. The only positive aspect is the location, which is excellent. However, given how affordable and efficient local transport is, I would strongly recommend staying in a better-quality hotel slightly further out and commuting instead.
Considering the price paid, this hotel simply does not offer value for money. I would not stay here again and would advise others to look at alternative options."
