New and modern 3 bedroom apartment, with elevator and free garage square included in the price. Modern and current decoration. It has terrace with sliding doors.

In the kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, hobs, oven, microwave, frizz's fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, in addition to the utensils and complete utensils for cooking, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery are available.

The house has 3 bedrooms with large cabinets, and capacity for 6 people. In each room 2 people can sleep. The bathroom has a wide shower dish with glass screen. The possibility of crib for baby under 2 years of age is also offered.
