Very clean and well maintained. It even has a cappuccino machine in the kitchen! Host / Dan was very helpful. Its in a location where parking is easy (parking is a pain in Boise!)

Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back.

Property even better than described. Beautiful designed boutique hotel. Great neighborhood location in walking distance to cute cafes, restaurants and other essentials. Peaceful room with great sound proofing, large private hotel room essentially with private en suite bathroom. Shared kitchen and lounge and common area. Easy instructions for access and on site parking. Super friendly and responsive staff. Thinking about coming back and doing a full buy-out to host friends and family in Boise for an event once the full outdoor amenities are up and running. Overall great experience.

What a fun, quirky hotel! The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. I especially liked the rooms named after scientists - that was a unique detail! There are a few parking spaces behind the hotel but be prepared for trying to find on-street parking.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
I have never been so happy with my accommodations while visiting my son at college. I have also stayed at hotels, but I found Assemble, by chance, on Expedia and thought it looked really nice so I gave it a shot. Every detail, from the private messaging following my reservation, prior to arrival, upon arrival, during my stay, prior to check out and even after check out to the easy check in process with attention to every detail, including the front and back entry codes and the code to your own room. The home is warm and welcoming with a beautiful kitchen, which offers all amenities and the best coffee maker. I rarely drink coffee, but enjoyed my morning latte and hot chocolate in the evenings. The communal kitchen, dining area with large table and plenty of chairs and the living room with tv and lots of seating was perfect! The backyard was spacious with a fire pit, huge jacuzzi and cold plunge. My son loved that! The location and neighborhood were also great! Each room was decorated so uniquely with all high quality amenities. There is nothing they didn’t think of with this charming, yet modern home. You can rent the whole home with eleven rooms or just rent one room. I am going back with other moms next March and will always stay there when I head to Boise from now on. Loved it so much!

There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was like a very nice airbnb.
