The beds aren’t very comfortable, but it’s a good stop if you’re needing a place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful and it’s a good price for what you get.

We weren't very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights They put us next to the back entrance and the door slammed all night. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The coffee maker did not have the tray needed to use the pods provided, so no cover. The TV would only stay on about an hour then go blank. We called the front desk just to find out that the manager was aware there was a problem. WHY WOULD YOU RENT OUT A ROOM THAT YOU KNEW THERE WAS GOING TO NE AN ISSUE? HE SAID THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN AT 730AM. we called at 730AM and she came down and unplugged the cable box and it came back on. It happened twice more that day. My husband went to the front desk to complain again. We requested to change rooms. They did move us. The same thing happened with that tv. And there was no tray In that coffee maker. He took it up to the front desk and they said "oh yeah, people accidentally throw those away😐 My son and daughter-in-law stayed in another room with the same issues. The Cable boxes get hot in the cabinet under the TV and they stop working. We WON'T BE RECOMMENDING OR STAYING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AHAIN

This is a typical 2 star facility-easy in and out location clean enough-but not great....the A/C and heating were great...The room was adequate except the pillows-which were terrible...I requested and received a somewhat renovated room and an extra blanket- it is a pet friendly hotel-probably the single best feature : )

Hotel stunk. The smell was awful. Walking to our room there was dog piss in the hall in front of of a few rooms from guests just letting their dog piss in the hallway. Our room smelled awful and felt really dirty.

The first room had very foul smell hard to describe it. Also being next to exit door of the hallway didn't help hearing people slam the door non stop going inn and out room 127 avoid at all cost. I was moved to the upper floor it was alot better but the general cleanses of hallways left alot to be desired. Parking was also bad having 5 rider truck trailers hogging all the parking lot. Your better off paying a little more anywhere else.

Understandable that things need updating as the hotel is under renovations, but the floors should be clean and not full of dirt. There was no comforters on the beds, only top sheets. The walls are paper thin. The only positive note was the price.

The front desk person was grumpy and the room was kind of terrible. Door you could see clear through to the hallway through the crack in the door and it seemed to be broke and there was no hot water in the sink. The sheets on the bed were filthy and it was just too late to do anything about it. I was too tired

The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it

The property is okay and it certainly close to the airport. I also appreciated the airport shuttle. The bedding though was extremely insufficient. You basically sleep under two very thin sheets. The hotel should do better. At a minimum, I suggest they provide some optional inexpensive blankets travelers can use as desired.
