Nearby are two restaurants and a peaceful natural environment. There is a nice pine forrest just 50 meters away from house. By the sea is a small park for children. Behind the house is a big playground for football, basketball and tennis. The apartment is located on the first floor. It has a balcony overlooking the sea and the island of Hvar in the distance, and you can also see the beach Zlatni Rat on the west. The nearest shop is 150 meters from the house.
