House Rules and Policies:

- No smoking or vaping inside, outside, or anywhere on the property. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- No pets allowed on the property at any time. This
property is strictly No Animals Allowed due to owner's medical condition. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- Please remove shoes at the entry way. This is strictly a no shoe house hold to help maintain the longevity of the floors and for the comfort of all guests.

- No events, parties or large gatherings. Penalty for violation $1500 plus extra cleaning and damages costs.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book. Photo ID may be required before check-in for age verification.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

- Please report any damages that occur to the property host.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- NOTE: This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 12 guests. No daytime or overnight guests beyond the total occupancy detailed in the reservation at any time. There is an extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night after more than 8 guests are added to the reservation.

- NOTE: The garage and basement are off limits to guests.

- NOTE: There is parking for up to four cars on the driveway. Vehicles that are parked on the street between 2AM and 6AM may be ticketed or towed by the Bolingbrook Police Department.
