I enjoyed my freedom there. The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying the place.

Solid B&B with shared bathroom

Located in modern building, 6th floor. Surrounding area is perfectly fine/safe but not picturesque. Shared bathrooms (2 for 5 rooms). Room clean, bathroom clean (entirely depends on who's been using it before you - I just had some remaining foam in sink and shower). My room was very spacious, decoration could be spruced up in places but overall good; noise from street clearly audible at night - take earplugs if you're sensitive. Overall, the only draw-back is the lack of ensuite bathroom (reflected in the lower price). Also, the check-in left a bit to be desired as my phone didn't work - an email with the details beforehand would have been an easy solution.

Fui uma péssima experiência. O proprietário não retornou o contato para orientações do check-in. Chegou atrasado para o horário que constava no site como início do check-in. Não tinha toalhas limpas disponíveis, o aquecedor não funcionava. O banheiro era compartilhado e os demais hóspedes ficavam fumando no banheiro e observando sempre que saíamos do quarto.

Personne en arrivant, une porte fermée et un numéro de téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas.Je n’avais pas fait attention en réservant que les salles de bain étaient communes , il y en a une dont le sol est en mauvais état. Nous avons eu froid, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. C’est très bruyant, nous entendons les bruits de la rue et des voisins.

Le lit était trés confortable ! Le 1er soir nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour la douche malheureusement. L'appartement est bien situé et trés propre.

部屋は申し分なし。この設備でこの価格なら問題ない。しかし入口が分かりにくい。雑居ビル？のようなところの４Fだか５Fだか６Fだか（記憶が曖昧です）が受付だが、そもそもそこに受付があるだなんて、旅で疲れた体を引きずって雑居ビルの１Fにたどり着いた時点では思いもしないだろう。エレベーターを上がった先にある、まったくフレンドリーではない扉にB&Bと書いてあって、まさかこれが宿泊施設の入口だとは事前には想像もしていなかったので驚いた。 チェックアウト後、しばらく荷物を預かってもらおうとしたがフロントにも誰もおらず、仕方ないので観光案内所までスーツケースを運搬した（観光案内所では塔の裏のほうにある荷物預かり所を案内してもらえた）。

Siamo arrivati in mattinata, molto presto.. il titolare ha accolto le nostre esigenze e ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in in maniera tempestiva! La struttura è molto pulita, accogliente e centrale.. non fatevi spaventare dai servizi in comune; sono pulitissimi!!!!! Abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di lasciare i nostri bagagli al momento del check-out per goderci la città senza pesi! Consigliamo questo BB a mani basse!!!!! Siete fantastici!
