Appartement rénovation mais certains points à amél

Appartement refait complètement à neuf, mais il manque des finitions, radiateurs non branchés etc....literie de bonne qualité, proximité d'un arrêt de bus et supermarchés également à proximité, gentillesse du propriétaire pour l'accueil, voici pour les points positifs. Points négatifs, nous entrons directement dans la cuisine, il n'y a pas de salle à manger, ni de salon, dans la cuisine est fixé au mur un plan de travail avec des chaises en enfilade, ce qui ne donne pas de convivialité lorsque l'on mange, les uns à côté des autres. Des avions passent au-dessus de l'immeuble, l'aéroport ne doit pas être loin et cela n'est guère agréable. Nous sommes également tombés sur des travaux dans l'immeuble être réveillés à 8 heures du matin par le bruit de perceuse ce n'est pas évident, mais cela n'est pas la faute du propriétaire. Par contre, malgré que cela soit inscrit sur les équipements, il n'y a pas de machine à laver, pas de micro ondes, ni de sèche linge, il manque également de la vaisselle pour 6 personnes.
