The apartment opens onto a large corridor with a marble floor, to the right there is immediate access to the large living room with a dining table, two sofas, a small table and a TV. Still on the right side are two of the bedrooms and the spacious study.

The first room is located immediately to the right of the living room, is composed of two single beds and a large wardrobe.

Crossing the living room leads to the study, so furnished: solid wood desk, a bookcase, a round table in briar and a comfortable double sofa bed.

From here a door leads to a small antechamber where there is a wardrobe and another door give access to the second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together to form a comfortable double bed. The headboard is composed of velvet cushions that can slid along an iron bar. The entire right side of the building has solid oak parquet laid in a herringbone pattern.



On the left side of the corridor, through a first hallway you enter the kitchen and the first bathroom.

The kitchen is very bright, airy and composed of a long worktop with sink. Above the floor there are various wall units and below the top is the dishwasher and other compartments. The fridge and freezer column are located immediately to the right of the entrance, while on the left there is the oven, the 4 burners and a breakfast corner consisting of a square table surrounded on three sides by a bench where 4 people can sit comfortably.

The second hallway on the right side of the corridor leads to the second bathroom, consisting of a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet, and a double bedroom.
