Great location near Piazza Maggiore and lots of restaurants. Ares was punctual and gave lots of great recommendations, and they were responsive to any questions I had on WhatsApp. The room is at the top floor and there is no elevator in case you are bringing bigger luggage. It had a lovely balcony, small kitchen unit and a laundry machine. Overall just right for what we needed for a short stay in Bologna.
