Evcil hayvan dostu otel olarak kendilerini tanıtmalarına rağmen girişte korkunç bir muamele gördük. Küçük köpeğimizle seyahat edeceğimizle ilgili önceden arayıp oteli teyit etmemize rağmen, girişte oda değiştirmelisiniz, standart odalara köpek alamıyoruz sadece villalara alıyoruz dendi. Bir gece için yaklaşık 6000 tl fiyat farkı istendi. Artı evcil hayvan konaklama parası olarak 750 tl istendi. Geçtiğimiz villa oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu, eşyalar vs çok eskiydi, tavanda örümcek ağları vardı. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi seçenek çoktu. Ancak yediğimiz tüm ürünler kalitesiz, tatsız tutsuz ve lezzetsizdi.

Good for families

We stayed in a small bi-level villa which was clean and reasonably comfortable. But I fell twice coming down the stairs onto the entryway which was still wet from coming/going (wet from snow) and a mat would have helped for safety reasons. Rugs (and pictures on the walls) would have also helped make this place more cozy. The pull out sofa bed was also really hard. Otherwise, the food was excellent and plentiful, the staff were friendly and accommodated our minor requests, and the area was beautiful. The entire compound is fenced so good for families with small children that wander.

Check- in personeli gayet kibardı. Karaca restaurantta çalışan personeller güleryüzle ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Von Resort bu personelleri kesinlikle kaybetmemeli. Odalar o kadar sıcak ki atletle uyuyabilirsiniz. Araba parkı çok kolay. Odalar sessiz sakin. Banyolar temiz. Fotoğraflarda oda ve banyolar güzel görünmüyor ancak gittiğimizde daha iyi olduklarına karar verdik.

En başarılı fiyat-performans oteli

Ziyaret ettiğim oteller arasında fiyat-performans açısından en başarılılardan biriydi. Yemekleri oldukça lezzetli ve yeterli çeşitlilikteydi. Özellikle tatlıları beklediğimin üzerinde bir çeşitlilik ve lezzet içeriyordu. Kullanılan yağlar midemizi hiç rahatsız etmedi. Konaklamaya dahil olmayan içecekler de diğer oteller ile karşılaştırıldığında oldukça ucuzdu. Otelin içindeki ormanda inanılmaz büyük ve harika bir yürüyüş parkuru var. Yetkililerin yaklaşımlarından çok memnun kaldık, çok misafirperver ve anlayışlı davranıyorlar. Otel bu bölgede bambaşka bir kulvarda diyebilirim, Bolu'ya yine seyahat edersem tercihim kesinlikle Vonresort olacaktır.
