The apartment I booked was spacious and had all amenities necessary, a very comfortable bed and was very quiet. It was new and also very clean. The entry was easily accessible and the ladies at the reception area were always helpful. The location is convenient with the grocery store across the street and everything within walking distance. The spa was wonderful! I will definitely book there again.

An all digital setup of a location that you can’t Google nor your maps locator finds it. They send you a code to operate entrance, light and everything else but we booked through Expedia so it popped up randomly in a link of a text message after searching for it. Ended up being annoying and clinical… but architects did a good job. More for nerds and IT dudes …

This property is in the heart of Bolzano so walking right into the historic district is not an issue. Parking was super convenient, as was the code system for both the parking garage and entry to the room. No keys or cards required! Upon entering the room, I could see it was immaculate and new. The concrete floors were stunning as was the entire bathroom. My only complaint was there was no hot water for my entire stay. I wrote an email over Expedia to the property, but it was never addressed. The following morning I mentioned it to the young woman at the front desk and she stated that the entire property had no hot water and they were working on it. This was a major disappointment, since I could not even use the beautiful shower in the bathroom or take a shower at all. Seemed like a lot of money to spend to not be able to enjoy the beauty of the room. Left a bitter taste, especially since the hotel has not, to this point, even addressed my concern or offered any sort of compensation/voucher/etc. I am hoping for some sort of resolution to this, as it really left me thinking I wouldn't stay here again, based on the response, or even caring to offer anything in return.
