Sehr hilfreich zudem war die Bozen Karte, mit der man sehr einfach die örtlichen Busse nutzen kann. So kommt man sehr bequem vom Hotel zum Walterpllatz.

This property is on the outskirts of the main tourist area but is very close to the bus stop, which you can use freely with the city card provided by the hotel. There is a supermarket nearby. The single room is extremely small.

Durch Biergarten und Ladebetrieb Zimmer zum Hof sehr laut. Personal freundlich aber nicht kundig (z. B. ÖPNV-Verbindungen, Öffnungszeiten etc. ) Gast möge doch QR-Codes selber scannen. Lage zur Innenstadt ideal(10min per pedes). Weingut und Kloster Muri-Gries direkt gegenüber. Pfarrkirche mit Pacher-Altar 4 min. Günstige Parktiefgarage unter Hotel.

Sehr geehrter Herr Heinz-Georg,vielen dank für ihr feedback. Im Sommer ist das Restaurant zum Innenhof geöffnet. Allerdings schließt das Restaurant um 21.00 Uhr, somit sollte bis spätestens 21.30 Uhr ruhig sein. Natürlich helfen gerne ÖPNV Verbindungen usw., allerdings möchten wir gerne auch auf QR Code hinweisen, somit findet man auch schnell in einem anderen Stadtteil oder Landesteil, einen Bus zurück. I was able to eat a wonderful selection of sugarless, vegan foods, including sugarless soy milk, whole grain breads, muesli etc and of course, coffee; for the all you can eat breakfast buffet. It's really tough to find enough sugarless vegan foods to eat while traveling. So I really appreciate it. Of course, they have abundant foods for the sugarholics and meat heads too

Okay experience, good location
Okay experience. Not great, not bad. One thing I would encourage the hotel to take a look at is their employees and how they treat them when they come to check in. We were met by two men who honestly just wanted to go home rather than welcome any guests. Cleaning was great however and the location was good. Only 15 min walk to the city centre.

Clean and very comfortable room. A bit outside the city center, but the Bolzano card included in your booking gives you access to the robust bus system in the city. We also used it to visit the archaeology museum!

This was a great stay for our family of four adults. The breakfast was good. I recommend getting there early as there is more to choose from the earlier you go. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was a 15 minute walk from the center of town, but there is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel.

Hotel posizionato in zona tranquilla - raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria con gli autobus 201 e 10A. (6min circa). Al nostro arrico ci è stata fornita la Bolzano Card - per i trasporti locali e regionali (Treni e Bus). Colazione a pagamento 12 € a persona - in alternativa a pochi metri si può usufruire del Cafè Greis.

The hotel is located a 20 minute walk from the Bolzano city center, but this part of town has a few nice cafes / bars and restaurants. The rooms and the hotel restaurant are very nicely done in a modern style.

Lage super für Aufenthalt ohne Auto, Rest knapp ok
Leider wurde ein sehr kleines Zimmer zugeteilt, welches sich zuoberst unterhalb des Daches (oberster Stock ohne Lift) befand und welches sich auch nicht kühlen liess (Klimaanlage falsch platziert und nur kleine Fenster ohne Durchzug). Frühstück vielseitig und ok, doch leider nicht inklusive im Zimmerpreis (12.50 Euro Extra). Info über diese Tatsache leider keine erhalten beim Check-in bzw. gesagt, es sei inklusive. Die Lage wäre ideal etwas ausserhalb und doch gut verbunden mit Bus. Preis-Leistung definitiv nicht ansprechend. Sehr nützlich war die Bozen-Card, welche ab 2 Nächte inklusive ist.

Clean amd comfortable. Be sure to get the Bzano card for free from the front desk for free transportation and entry to sites. We got it after we already walked to town and back before checkin so we didnt use it.

This property offers a free Bolzano card with stay, which offers free regional transit & museums, including the fantastic gondola ride up to Superbolzano. It also provides comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast for 10 euros per person. It also provides free city bikes upon request, useful as the hotel is far from the center of Bolzano. It is about 10 euros by tax from the train station to the hotel. But the hotel is in a lovely neighborhood itself. We enjoyed our stay.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem kleinen Vorort von Bozen mit vielen kleinen Restaurants im Umfeld. Es gibt eine Parkgarage in der Nähe für 5 Euro pro Tag. Wir bekamen beim einchecken kostenlos die Bozencard mit der man alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen konnte und freien Eintritt in Museen hat. Busse fuhren gleich hinter dem Hotel ab. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber aber etwas klein, die Betten sehr bequem.
