“4 of us spent 4 nights at the property and found it comfortable and a convenient 10 minute walk to the Jackson square. We did have problems figuring out the TV and found 2 coffee makers that didn’t work upon our arrival. The property manager was very responsive to our issues. Overall 4 stars out of 5.”

“We had the best stay at this property located right in downtown Jackson. It was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops and the perfect set-up for two couples. It was well stocked so there was no need to shop for additional paper products, trash bags, etc.We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay but the property management responded quickly and took care of our issues.Would 100% recommend this property!”

“They should not be allowed to list as Downtown Jackson “Cozy” it was not that at all. Place is run down, dirty, noisy (with refrigerator noises), very odd, and in disrepair. Information provided said street parking only 3 hours between certain day hours, information provided told us to park on another street during the day.
