"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. "For our family this was absolutely amazing, spacious house and the most lovely screened in porch! Tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, it felt safe and peaceful. Ocean was not close enough to walk and parking was an absolute nightmare at the beach so we chose to drive to Naples for our ocean experiences and it was worth the drive. Would absolutely rent again!!!"

"This was the best stay we have had in Florida. The villa was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Being a few doors away from the pool was definitely a plus also. On top of all that it was close to Naples and a lot of great shopping. This was our fifth year vacationing in south Florida, loved it."

"Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time on the lanai area and grilled out a lot. Lots of room to sit and relax in the living space. Property management was responsive and checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going well. One suggestion would be to update the king mattress and sheets (didn’t use the other bedroom). The mattress was a little in the lumpy side and the sheets did not stay in well due to elastic showing some wear."

"The house was perfect for all of us! Beds were comfortable which is so important! House was clean but garbage was an issue. It wasn’t taken to the street so the animals got into it. Other than that it could use some clean up around the outside of the house but the inside is beautiful! Hot tub was great too! There is one stair that needs to be replaced walking upstairs. Owner is great and responded to everything. Would definitely rent again!"

"Perfect place for our family. Wonderful pool snd view of the inlet. We saw dolphins everyday we were there. My son fished off the dock and caught quite a few. It was close to excersions we planned on Marco Island and Naples. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, boogie boards and more. Thank you for a wonderful trip"
