The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work. The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre. "

"We stayed there just one week after its opening, and it’s clear the property has a lot of promise. The location is excellent, the design is tasteful, and the atmosphere is refined. However, as with any brand-new hotel, there are still quite a few operational kinks to work out. From service coordination to small details, you can tell the team is still finding its rhythm. While we enjoyed our stay, I couldn’t help but think it would be a more seamless experience after six months of fine-tuning. I look forward to returning once it’s fully up and running. "

"This is an excellent hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and they have solid AC. The WiFi is also amazing from everywhere, including from the pool. The spa is included so it was a luxurious stay. Highly recommend! it’s well situated and within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see in Aix. When we took the bus, the stop was just up the street. "

"Good location that is 15 min from Aix city centre. Clean and newly furnished with keyless entry. Large room. Bathroom could be bigger and due to design of shower, water always ended up on the bathroom floor. Noticed sink had a funny smell but would otherwise highly recommend this hotel! "
