“No email response on early check in request - door locked and only able to get in within 2-5pm.
Room was located 3 metres from reception so was v noisy with guests arriving/leaving.
No physical keys provided - access by electronic keypad - due to a power outage I was unable to access the hotel - this is ridiculous. I had to bang on windows until another guest opened the door for me during a storm event. No communication from the hotel during or after. This is not acceptable. ”
