A three beds apartment, outside of Boone overlooking the New River.

A cosy 2 room, one bedroom apartment surrounded by the gorgeous mountains of North Carolina! With a view of the beautiful New River south fork! A room with a rustic queen size bed and two bunk beds in the living room. Kitchenette with a keurig coffeemaker ( with coffee pods included ) toaster oven, microwave and a mini fridge, laundry room and a private deck with a table for 4 guests and 3 high chairs to enjoy beautiful sunset views as well as a fire pit with outdoor seating perfect for s'mores after dark. In the bottom floor of our home, with your own private driveway and parking.
You will have the entire lower level of our house to yourself, including a washer and dryer. The unit is decorated in a rustic cabin feeling and where
each season has their own magic!
Spring days bring warm weather and fresh flowers.
During the summer months you will be enthralled with the antics of ruby throated hummingbirds and sung to sleep by tree frogs.
This summer we are complementing our guests with a two hours of tubing in the beautiful New River ( south fork ) when you booked a two days or more stay.
The fall offers a leaf peepers dream views all around.
And winter can be just as enchanting and exciting.

Oh the view!

The view is incredible! Evening meal and breakfast on the deck, sublime! Its an amazing stay. The bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. Host provided so many cosiderate extras. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and amazing view!

Very clean and comfortable with some thoughtful touches, such as snacks and coffee assortment. We very much enjoyed the view from the deck and watching the hummingbirds. Carmen was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely hosts, cozy place, beautiful view equal great time!

First of all, Carmen and Frank are wonderful hosts. We were really happy to finally be able to book this place again. This was our second time and it was just as wonderful as the first time, even better! The apartment is very clean and cozy with all the amenities you would need. The view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing. Just to seat there and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee and a gorgeous sunset is priceless. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Carmen and Frank for your warmth and kindness and genuine hospitality. We will be back, again!

Gorgeous Serene Sunset Mountain Ridgeline & South Fork New River Views

What can be said, “The title, ‘Icing On The Cake with Sprinkles’ along the way!” ‘Beautiful River & Mountain Views’ most picturesque sunset!! The porch is nicely setup for 4 guest with high-seat wood chairs, side tables and a dining table. Sweet wispy hummingbirds' songs abound thru perching foliage to hanging feeders. We enjoyed an amazing sunset Friday evening and watched as a deer quietly crossed the slope. While relaxing on the porch Saturday afternoon, multiple deers crossed the river's bend, kayakers paddled by. The most calming accommodations sure yet to have experienced. As I described to my husband, “The quietness, deafening!” Enough so, as a response…we spoke above a whisper. I was diagnosed with tinnitus after 2+yrs finally admitting to myself, “fact.” The constant irritating sounds even quietened. Anyone living firsthand, understands this statement! Gated community; mtn top property; “immaculate” w/necessities/extras incorporated; cozy comfy main bdrm; bunkbed (den area) appeared same; inviting stone 'n rock walk-in shower. JUST PERFECT ! A nice lil picnic area at bridge base on right before cross on way up. We saw signs of bear, “no sightings.” River rec area (lower left view from apt) across bridge passed tree farm, foot/ATV accessible(?)…unsure, ask owners. Note: rain tends to turn river clayish orange, don’t be detoured from tubing as we were…“crystal clear” the following day! Longing to return! Frank & Carmen…Thanks for A Lovely Stay❣️

Beauty on the top of the mountain. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything we needed. So peaceful and a very safe gated community. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic location

Wonderful place with a stunning view. Quiet and close to the clouds. Short drive from Boone downtown. The place alone is very well prepared for guests with attention to every single detail including k-cups, q-tips and more. The only thing missing was time to stay there longer and our beloved dog. Carmen and Frank are fantastic hosts. Thank you!!!!

Anniversary Weekend

A perfect place for our Anniversary weekend. This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as wonderful as the last time. Frank and Carmen are such gracious and accommodating hosts. The apartment is very clean with all the amenities you would need. And last but not least, the view!!! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, even when it’s cloudy. I definitely recommend this property for a cozy getaway!

Great Views and Hospitality

This property is one of the most welcoming places we have stayed. The hospitality is top notch and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. The drive in takes a little while, so getting to the store quick isn't an option. The owners have made sure you are taken care of with snacks, cereal, coffee, detergent, ect. The views are amazing, and their dog is so cute and friendly! I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future,

Absoutley stunning view! The bathroom in the cabin is beautiful! We loved staying here! They literally had everything you could think of needing, water flavor packs, coffee, tea and snacks! Only thing that took adjusting to was the queen bed, we are used to a king! But 100% recommend staying here!

Memorial Stay!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was very cozy with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the porch with the spectacular mountainous view and river. The apartment was very clean and the host were awesome, and made sure we had everything we needed.
