Description: Sleeps 8 - (K, 2D, 2T) Echota Woods 132 offers the comforts of home with an added feature! This upper level unit has a loft that overlooks the living room and provides more comfort for guests. This condo is beautifully furnished with a gas log fireplace, private deck, full kitchen, washer, dryer, central heat, air conditioning, and a DVD player for you to enjoy. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a loft this unit accommodates 8 people. There is a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, two Twin beds in the Guest Bedroom and two doubles in the loft.

Resorts' Amenities…Amenities in these gated resorts rival the world’s finest mountain resorts-including indoor and outdoor swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness centers, stocked fishing ponds, a 25-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

This was about a beautiful, clean and comfortable property. It was spacious and almost felt like a private cabin. The pool was perfect for our toddler with almost a zero depth entry and plenty of shallow water to play in. The kitchen was just what we needed to cook some meals and save some money. We enjoyed how close it was to Boone and grandfather winery. I didn’t realize but they text the code once you book and if you need to reach the host after business hours (5pm) it’s difficult to get ahold of anyone. We also had to turn on the hot water and the pilot for the fireplace was not lit. If you don’t mind handling things on your own and no communication after hours this place is great for a family getaway!

Clean and comfortable

This property worked well for our family and kept us very comfortable. The finishings were nice and the property was sparkling clean. The pool was a nice amenity for our children to enjoy. I would certainly stay here again and I would certainly recommend it to others!

Long winter weekend in the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, not too far up the mountain but high enough for some good views. I wouldn't be too concerned going back and forth in the snow since it isn't too far up the mountain. It was close to the pool too. The location is also close to and central to the number of attractions in the area, including Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and ski resorts. Check in and check out were a breeze. It is a good unit for a family with the loft upstairs with two beds. Though I would suggest not having very young children in the loft since the door to the attic does not lock. If I had one recommendation it would be to add some hooks in the bathrooms for towels and some in the hallway for coats. We had a great experience and would stay there again.

Quiet Mountain Stay

This rental was centrally located to all of the activities we wanted to do. It was clean and quiet with enough space for our family (2 adults, a teen, and a preteen) to spread out. The kitchen setup was a little tight if several people were in the space but overall it was well equipped and everything worked well. While the dishwasher works fine, it was much louder than we're used to - definitely think about running it while you're out during the day instead of turning it on right before everyone goes to bed. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Suited our Needs

This was actually our second time staying at this property. Cheteola Provides many great things for guests to enjoy. On our second stay there there was a water main break in the city which affected their units and was completely out of their control. They refunded our last night stay without even asking. They were very willing to help with whatever we needed. I will continue to stay here when I am in town
