「Our stay in Hervey Bay was brilliant but it had little to do with the accommodation. Oaks Resort is in a great location with easy access to excellent eateries and walking distance to Urangan pier, but it's highly recommended to book direct. This apartment is tired with dated trappings and minimal crockery. The check-in and out procedures are stressful and convoluted, as accessing this unit is not managed by the hotel. I sent a list of broken/missing items to the "host" privately, for feedback...
