"We arrived at 7pm and the code would not unlock the door. We called the number provided and left a message. We also emailed for assistance but we didn’t get a response. We waited and called 3 times. We then left to find another place to stay. The lady called after 20 minutes but we had left by that time to find some where else to stay. She then sent very rude text messages to us - we do not recommend this place. "

Everything was as described in the listing and the local property manager was lovely and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. "We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids. Absolutely loved, loved, loved the village. There's not much to do, but feels therefore like a real immersive experience in a small village. The local library has a play area for kids with lots of toys and games, free to use. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, has everything we needed. "Book it now! Paul’s house is truly magnificent. It is the perfect combination of luxury and rustic. We liked it so much we changed our plans to tour the surrounding towns and instead spent two days lolling around the property. Paul is a tremendous host.
